  • How can I place an order at Sanskriti exports?
  • Choose the item that you wish to purchase, click on "Buy Now" button and make the online payment. Soon, you would receive an order confirmation email from us. This email contains your order and shipment details.

  • Do I need to register for doing shopping through Sanskriti exports ?
  • Yes, before you shop anything from our portal, you are required to register with us. The registration details will help us to communicate with you in future.

  • Can I phone or fax my order?
  • Yes, orders can also be accepted but material will be dispatched after receipt of payment.

  • How can I make payment for the product ?
  • We only accept online payments. You may pay through Paypal or internet banking.

  • Are the items shipped as per the display on webpage?
  • The products will match the image on the website . The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products here are handicraft items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. Sanskriti Exports, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control. At the same time we will make all possible efforts to make its services delightful for both the sender and the receiver of product.

  • Do you deliver to locations outside India?
  • Yes, we do deliver the goods outside India, however import duty will have to be borne by the customer.

  • How do I contact you regarding my order?

  • How do you deliver the products ?
  • We deliver the products through courier or speed Post.

  • If the recipient is not there at the delivery address ?
  • In case recipient is not at the delivery address, we leave a message.

  • If broken or defective item is received ?
  • If the broken or defective item is received then we replace the goods within 14 working days.

  • If the order is lost in transit ?
  • We deliver the order again if it is lost in transit.
